How does Arculus work?

Arculus uses a dual-component architecture. Users pair an Arculus Key™ metal card with the Arculus Wallet mobile app. During setup, a recovery phrase is generated. For each transaction, the user opens the app, authenticates via biometrics, enters the PIN, and then taps the card via NFC to the smartphone. The card signs the transaction in its embedded secure element (EAL 6+), and sends the signature back to the app.
